NaturesBio for Soil Enrichment

The soil is very vital, it serve as the food storage of all plants and crops. Soil Beneficial Microorganism lives in it who act as the plant food manufacturer through microbial activity. NaturesBio Organic can be used as Soil Conditioner and promote beneficial microbial activities in the soil. The soil structure process revolve around soil increasing formation. Soil Accumulates form as mineral and decomposed organic matter elements are bound together by microbial productions that act as binders.
Established and well-formed soil aggregate is the key to overall soil function. NaturesBio Organic produces high levels of polysaccharides and other beneficial microorganisms and organic acids that help build stable aggregate and soil structure. Increased cumulative stability prevents the stomata spaces between the aggregate from collapsing during heavy rains and reduces compaction caused by machinery. Furthermore, improved soil total stability reduces soil erosion and run-off. Soil are better able to absorb and retain moisture, as well as cycle nutrients. The use of NaturesBio Organic to improve soil structure, organic matter management, and nutrient cycling compliments effort to reduce reliance on mechanical and material inputs. Establishing NaturesBio Organic, through natures beneficial microorganism in the soil ultimately results in increased profitability and sustainability.

The Factors in Using NaturesBio in Farming:

. NaturesBio Liquid Manure
. Spraying with NaturesBio

Manure Treatment on the Farm Field:

Spread the dried animal manure and any crop residues (ex. dried leaves) on the field and spray evenly with NaturesBio Solution (20ml / liter of fresh water). Allow the manure and residues to be dissolved / decayed before flowing / cultivating the field.

NaturesBio Soil Enrichment Applications:

Spray NaturesBio Solution evenly on the field for at least two times within 15 days before sowing or planting. The germination of the weeds is also stimulated by NaturesBio solution spraying, therefore the weeds must be dealt with mechanically prior to sowing or planting ( uprooting, chopping).

Crop Residues decaying / rotting:

Spray the chopped crop residiues with NaturesBio Organic solution (20ml / liter of fresh water) Spray 4 – 5 times during the growth phase.

NaturesBio for Seed Treatment & Sprouting

“What we sow is what we reap” We sow good and healthy seeds; we will harvest good and healthy crops, so with the harvest. NaturesBio Organic harnessing the life force of sprouting seeds. While sprouts are not very difficult to grow, there are just certain concern to be deal with to insure that they are produced successfully, with due consideration for safety and best quality.

System:
Soaking – 12 hours in a NaturesBio heavy solution (50ml / 1 liter of fresh water). This help provide a pro – biotic environment for the sprouting seeds preventing contamination.
Following soaking system, seed beds are prepared by having a soft and fine soil mixed with NaturesBio organic compost of any animal manure. Spread evenly the soak seeds over the surface of the seed bed and covered with the very little amount of soil. Gently spray water to help settle the seeds to start the germination process. A dark cover can be placed (with a little space) over the sprouted seeds. Once the sprouts reach the top of the cover, it is removed and the seeds sprouts are exposed to sunlight to green up.

NaturesBio For Composting

Good environment is a very important factor on the health of plants, animals and human. Air pollution, water contamination and soil distraction are caused by bad fumes, toxic water waste, chemical inputs, etc. And so we are prone to many fatal diseases (cancer). Government agencies are really looking on how to solve and control this problems which is very delicate to our future generations. So many ways and means are done for so many years and composting is one. Probably the oldest form of recycling is composting the best way. All we need is a small space on your yard to work with. Government agencies have been promoting composting to teach people on how to used food wastes, kitchen waste, trimmings or crop residues to cut down the amount of waste going to landfill. Additions of compost to soil and mulching with it, will hold in moisture, requiring less watering, keep weeds down, and provide a home to worms and microbes. Adding NaturesBio Organic as inoculants will ensure of controlling pathogens, odors and accelerate the breakdown of organic materials by several months. NaturesBio Organic method is very fast and preserves the much – needed nitrogen of green materials because it controls the heat process.

Aerobic Method: The bucket or tumblers are designed to allow air into the materials you wish to compost. Compost, by definition is the aerobic breakdown of organic matters. It’s a rotting process. During process, turn the contraption often and add water to keep the materials moist.
Add atleast 1 gallon NaturesBio Solution for every cubic meter of materials.
Static Pile Method: This is usually for larger items like sticks and leaves that will take a longer time to break down tan grass and food scraps. These piles are usually left for about a year and may be turned once or twice during that time.
Add at lest 1 gallon NaturesBio Solution for every cubic meter of materials.
Fermentation Method: This is a fast fermentation method that is centuries old. After the fermentation, the materials are incorporated into soil. With this method will get very healthy and nutritious soil because the nutrients contained in the food scraps are preserved and then slowly released into the soil. NaturesBio turns kitchen scraps and leftovers into a rich, nutritious soil conditioner within only 1 month.
NaturesBio Composting Benefits:

1. Composting time efficiency – decreased composting time – up to 50 % quicker
2. No bad odor as the scraps, kitchen waste ferments
3. No insects, mice or rats
4. Free home - made liquid fertilizer every week
5. Healthier and growing power plants
6. Better plant growth and yield
7. Helping to preserve the environment

How to make NaturesBio Compost:

Place your compost container handy to where you prepare your food and out of direct sunlight.

1. Start by sprinkling a small handful amount of NaturesBio Solution the composting bucket.
2. Save up your day’s kitchen scraps in a container everyday; add it all to the compost bucket. Cutting up large items into small pieces. Don’t put rotten food in the compost bucket – it can make your whole batch smell bad.
3. Press down with a masher or old jar to reduce air pocket and roughly level the waste.
4. Sprinkle NaturesBio solution on the leveled layer of waste (small handful to ½ cup, depending on how much food you’re adding). Use more NaturesBio in hotter weather or when adding lots of meat, fish , cheese or egg.
5. Carefully reseal the lid, making sure the container is airtight.
6. Once or twice a week, drain the liquid from the bucket. The juice should be used with in 24 hours, either dilute by 1:200 for liquid fertilizer or poured down the drain or toilet (undiluted) as a cleanser.
7. Repeat the process until the bucket is ful.
8. Dig a hole / trench approximately 20 2 cm deep, add the ferment materials and mix with some soil. Cover with the remaining soil. DON’T WATER IT or plant in it FOR AT LEAST A WEEK.
9. Rinse the composting bucket wit water only ( not detergent which may kill the microbes) drain and repeat the process.

The signs of successful fermentation:
Smell should be similar to that pickles or cider vinegar. A white mould may appear – this is OK and shows that a good fermentation process has occurred. There should be no foul odor.
The signs that something went wrong with fermentation:
Strong rancid or rotten smell. Black or blue fungi, indicating that waste has putrefied.

Final NaturesBio Fermented Product:

Existing gardens: Dig a hole 20 – 30 cm deep, add the fermented food waste and mix with some soil and cover with a 5 – 10cm layer of soil. Be sure the roots does not touch the compost directly as this would burn the roots ( particularly if the roots are very your.

Trees: Dig deep hole 30m – 40cm deep at 60 cm intervals around the tree drip line. Bury the fermented food waste as before. The waste will supply your plants with a great source and inoculate your soil with beneficial microbes for plants

NaturesBio for Aquaculture

Our aim is to create a pleasant environment for the prawn growth through the displacement of pathogenic microorganisms and lessen stress factors, in leading to a healthier operation. Natures Bio promotes the digestive process of wastes, preventing rotting. This directly reduces production costs and, most vital, and it gives harmonious environment. Natures Bio can be used in every pond or aquaculture system.
The common problems that fish pond farms have are because of over-stocking of the ponds and making of excess ammonium nitrogen in the water. Basically, there is a population problem and because of too much wastes, fish are to be susceptible to diseases. The concentration of wastes increases microbial activity and drop dissolved oxygen in the ponds or tanks.
Before setting up the NaturesBio Protocol for a fish pond or shrimp farm, it is necessary to review the production activity history, to make an effective application of the NaturesBio. Check the following parameters:
Water quality: Source, pH, salinity, organic material and the dominant pathogens of the area. Investigate if the water supply was used in another activity and what chemical traces it may have. Water temperature and oxygenation are also important to take into consideration. It is useful and necessary to conduct a chemical and microbiological analysis of the reservoir, channel or any other source of the water used to fill the ponds. In the base of all these results the doses and advices are given.
Soil Quality: type of soil, mineral content, organic material percentage, pathogenic charge, quantity and type. A chemical and microbiological analysis of the soil of the pond is necessary.
Fish or Shrimp variety: it is important to know the variety or hybrids that are being used; to know the tolerance to diseases and environment. We can get to know how the production has behaved, survival percentage, feed conversion, and disease incidence; with the objective to set up reachable goals. Water, soil, and animal sources are the most important parameters, because they are controlled factors. These factors can be improved if we know the limitations and strengths.

NaturesBio Benefits:
Ø NaturesBio reduces the expenses by 40%
Ø High price because of zero chemicals
Ø Harvested prawns are healthy with shinny shell
Ø Reduction of sludge production
Ø Eliminates ammonia, methane and hydrogen sulphide, common in prawn cultures.
Ø Disease free and this saves costs of antibiotics
Ø Clean water in which does not requires repeated changing.
Ø Environment conservations.
Preparation of the Pond
After the harvest, the ponds need cleaning and the sludge treated. Afterward, NaturesBio (NBC) 1,500 litres solution is spray / sprinkle evenly on the sludge / soil , and left for 4 weeks. (1:250 ratio).
Finally the clean water is pumped to the pond. NaturesBio Organic (NBO) 100 liters is added to the pond per day for 10 days to add up to total of 1500 litres per ha. The water is then left for 10 days and must be aerated during that 10 days period. On this period, the water in the ponds or tanks becomes green, showing the presence of adequate algae for the fry /small prawns to be added.
Induction
Inducting of the seed prawn into the pond. Better done either early morning or late in the afternoon. The quantity of prawn /fish added is 40-50 (prawn) 20-25 (fish fry) per square meter. Higher quantity would increase mortality rates and feeding costs, while lowering the weights at harvest. Hence maintaining the enough quantity is a very important aspect in inducting the small prawns / fish fry.
When adding small prawn / fish fry into the pond, the bag containing the seeds should be dipped in the water of the pond for 30 minutes to acclimatise the prawns / fish to the water. Then, the bag is opened, and the water of the pond allowed to flow-in. The prawn / fish are released thereafter.

Water
The pH of water must always check every morning and afternoon. The differences between the pH values in the morning and afternoon should not exceed 0.5. If different, NaturesBio Solution must be added. The colour of water should also be monitored in order to regulate the application of NBO.

Feeding
Guidelines in feeding: Commercial feeds
Up to 1 month, 30 kg / day per hectare added in 4 instalments.
For 2 -4 months adequate feed provided in 5 instalments. The quantity of feed is depends upon the growth rates.
Feed is added in close to the banks of the pond. Feeds could be treated with NaturesBio Organic. Mix 10 kg of feed with NBO dilution 1:100 and leave it 5 hours before feeding. The pond should not be aerated while feeding. For 1 month old prawns, aeration needs to be stopped for 3 hours at feeding time. The length of stopping aeration for older prawns while feeding is 1 hr.
Feeding pattern need to be monitored at all times. This could be done by placing small quantities of feed in small nets and monitor its consumption. The quantity used for monitoring feed consumption is approximately 4 grams per kilogram of feed. Generally there are 4 nets to monitor feed consumption in a pond of 1 hectare. The feed in the net must be checked after 2 hrs in one month old prawns. If there is feed left, the total quantity of feed added is reduced. If all the feed is consumed, the quantity added could be increased. In 2 months and older prawns the time of testing is 1 hr.
Extreme care should be taken not to add excessive feed. The incorporation of excessive feed develops stress condition due to the pollution of water, foul smell and the development of sludge. Thus the weight gain is lowered and the prawns are prone to diseases.
Aeration
Aeration is required at all times, except during feeding. The numbers of required aerators are lower with the use of NaturesBio. If development of algae is high, aeration is stopped during the day for 5 days. The algae will die and could be removed.
Harvesting
Prior to prawns harvesting, NaturesBio Solution (1:100) is added to the water used for making ice at a rate of 1:750. This will enhance the quality of prawns and extends the shelf life.

Frequent Problems in Prawn Culture
The culture of prawns is cumbersome, although profits are high. Most farms have some frequent problems which are listed below, along with possible solution with NaturesBio.
a. The lowering of water levels in ponds – Add 1,000 litres of NaturesBio Solution (1:250) per hectare and check after few days.
b. Gleaming water – Add 1,000 litres of NaturesBio Solution (1:250) per hectare and check after few days.
c. Some types of algae affect molting, due the binding of these organisms in the gills and around the bodies. Add 60 litres of NaturesBio Solution and the prawns will generally molt within 24 hours.
Fish Culture with NaturesBio
The use of NaturesBio in fish culture is similar to that of prawn culture. The guidelines are as follows:
Add NaturesBio to obtain a dilution of 1:5000 in the water of the pond at 10 days intervals. If there is a foul odour. Add NBO at more frequent intervals.
Mixing of NBO Solution in the feeds 2-5% is very good in increasing growth rates and productivity of the fish.
